Stationery porn: Gemma Correll Papergang box #3

I had to cancel my Papergang subscription a while back because we don’t really have much in the way of a disposable income these days. But when I saw that there was a new Gemma Correll box on the way, I knew I had to sign up again. I did the ol’ ‘put-it-on-the-credit-card-and-worry-about-it-later’ thang (not recommended – be sensible with your money, kids!) and I’m so glad I did.

I’ve been a massive Gemma Correll fan for a while now and have a solid stash of her stationery, including some goodies from her last Papergang box (reviewed here) and I couldn’t wait to get my mitts on some more.

I’ve been following her projects on Instagram and have long lusted over the self-care badges, so I was excited to see that would be theme for the whole box. Even the cute cut-out on the box makes for a useful self-care reminder.

Oh, and I finally got a Drew badge! I think I’m going to have to choose a favourite tote bag for my embroidered badges and nerd it up.

The box included a November calendar, teapigs tea, pack of stickers, print, notepad, notebook, mini magazine and poster/wallplanner. For just shy of £14.00, including delivery, I think it’s more than worth it.

The notepad is A5-ish and great for managing my many to do lists.

The notebook is A4-ish and lined, with additional space for dates in the top corner. Handy for meeting notes whilst also celebrating looking after myself.

The stickers are always a favourite and are perfect for people who use a journal to track their mental health and self-care wins.

The mini magazine features an interview with Gemma, as well as trophies which you can personalise with your own wins.

I loved the poster/wallplanner – I just can’t decide which side to use! I would have preferred it to have been rolled up, to avoid the creases, but that’s a bit difficult with the letterbox-sized Papergang boxes. I think I’m leaning towards wallplanner… Either way, my inspo wall is going to need a reshuffle.

The wallplanner is for the 2018/19 academic year and I’m thinking about using it as an ‘at a glance’ blog schedule alongside my planner, highlighting key dates.

A quick Instagram search revealed that contents actually varied between customers. The designs varied across the poster, print, notebook, notepad and stickers. While I loved my box upon opening, given the choice I would have swapped some of the products, as I’m not a cat lover, but I’m still very happy with what I received.

Want to order your own Papergang box(es)? Of course you do! If you use my referral link, for every two people who sign up, I’ll receive a free box. And that would be super lovely :)

  1. This looks great! I’ve never heard of Papergang boxes before but I’m definitely going to check them out. I love the self care stickers especially “don’t bottle it up”, as that’s something I’m trying to do st the moment. To open up more.
