And just like that, we’re on the last day of National Stationery Week 2019. Not to worry though, I’ve still got one more treat for you before we wrap this up for another year. Today’s theme is #SendALetterDay and I love celebrating the joy of snail mail. I’ve teamed up with Executive Pens Direct to review (and, of course, give away) a correspondence set and wax seal kit. Letter writing never looked so good!
The Original Crown Mill Luxury Correspondence Set comes in a choice of colours: fuchsia, navy and olive. I was sent a fuchsia box to review, which comes with 25 A6 cards, featuring a fuchsia border, and matching C6 envelopes with fuchsia lining. I’ll allow you a moment to swoon.
The quality of the card is incredible – lightly textured 280gsm, perfect for your heavier nibbed/tipped pens. I want to get to the point this year where I can hand letter my own cards for friends and family, so these are perfect.
Want to send these cards off in style? I’ve teamed them with the Manuscript Decorative Wax Seal Set.
Not gonna lie, I felt fancy AF using this. And it’s so simple! This kit comes with everything you need to add a personal touch to your post. Just pop a couple of beads in the spoon, heat gently over a tealight, pour over the envelope and stamp quickly.
The kit comes with a choice of two wax colours and two stamps. Of course I used the envelope stamp.
I was a bit nervous about the heat of the wax on the envelope but my test run came out perfectly, with no damage to the card inside. I’m a bit in love.
Want to be in with a chance of winning a wax seal kit and correspondence set in a colour of your choice? Just complete the Gleam entries below.
