Spring is the perfect time to turn a fresh page — to welcome new ideas, new energy, and new ways of connecting with the world around us. As the days grow lighter and everything begins to bloom, our spring workshops offer a chance to slow down, get creative, and enjoy meaningful moments in a welcoming community space.
From creative journaling sessions designed to help you explore thoughts, inspiration, and self-expression, to celebrating National Stationery Week with all things paper, pens, and beautiful tools for creativity, this season is all about trying something different and embracing the joy of making time for yourself. We’re also delighted to offer family-friendly sessions, creating opportunities for all ages to come together, share ideas, and enjoy creative experiences side by side.
Whether you’re completely new to workshops or one of our regular faces, everyone is welcome. There’s something special about gathering with like-minded souls — discovering the benefits of creativity, building confidence, and finding connection through shared experiences. Spring invites us to begin again, and our workshops are a gentle way to step into the season with curiosity, creativity, and community.

Creative journaling
These sessions are open to absolute beginners and longtime journalers alike. No artistic skill needed — just curiosity. There are no rules, no pressure, and no “right way” to work. You’ll have gentle prompts, templates, and plenty of materials if you feel stuck, all within a warm, welcoming, and supportive space.
£12. Bring your own notebook. Everything else provided.
Morrab Library, Morrab Gardens, 1:30-3:30pm: 24/4, 26/6, 17/7
