When we move again, I really want a window seat. There isn’t one built in but there’s plenty of space to put something in front of the huge living room window which looks out on the front garden. This farmhouse storage bed from The Cotswold Company is perfect, apart from the fact that it’s £299 – and that’s just for the frame and baskets. You’ve got to get the mattress and pretty throw cushions, etc, separately. Looks like we’ll be using our existing ottomans and chucking a throw and cushions over the top. Job done!
