Tried and tested: Pizza rolls

The other day the boyfriend presented me with the ultimate snack food: pizza rolls! They take mere minutes to make and are great when you get post-dinner munchies. I always make sure we get some cheap burger cheese when I order for Tesco home delivery. It’s handy for all kinds of things!

You will need (per roll – how many rolls depends on how hungry you are!):
1 x piece of bread
1 x slice of ham
1 x slice of cheese
1 x drizzle of ketchup

Step 1: Cut the crusts off your piece of bread and roll out flat with a rolling pin

Step 2: Add a slice of ham followed by a slice of cheap but tasty burger cheese

Step 3: Squirt on some ketchup and spread it out evenly, so as not to splurge it out when you roll it up (‘scuse the randomly phallic imagery!)

Step 4: Heat a little oil in a frying pan

Step 5: Roll up your weird looking open sandwich and pop it straight into the frying pan before it comes all undone

Step 6: Fry on all sides for a couple of minutes until lightly golden

Step 7: Enjoy!
