Today this blog turns a whopping three years old! In that time I have published over 1,000 posts and clocked up over 30,000 views. I’ve seen this blog grow quite significantly over the last year, particularly with the collaborations I’ve been lucky enough to work on, and I hope to continue that progress over the next year and beyond. Watch this space! In the meantime, check out some of my highlights of the last three years below:
Exploring Cornwall – last summer I started making this blog more Cornwall-centric and it has been a challenge to not alienate my existing readers. I’m a firm believer that lifestyle bloggers should feel confident and comfortable with documenting any and all aspects of their lives, so I’d like to develop this section in particular.
Parenthood – as with the Cornwall posts, I wanted to be able to feature this huge new area of my life but, again, without losing any readers and while still writing about everything else I love. I think I could still balance things a bit better but I’m getting there.
Geekery – I’m wearing my geek badge with pride! Since I stopped writing my geek column for The Digital Fix I’ve been blogging about geeky stuff more over here. And I bleddy love it! Hope you do too.
Stationery addict – I bleddy love quirky stationery and sharing my finds with you. You can always find a few extra posts for National Stationery Week!
Tried and tested – As well as blogging about my favourite internet finds, I also love reviewing cool shit and trying out some new recipes. I’m not remotely domesticated so they’re all super easy – give them a go. Luke’s pizza rolls are a personal fave.
Although this blog is three years old, I’ve actually been blogging for ten years. It was my blogging anniversary on 6 June but I neglected to blog about it because I was busy having a baby. I don’t know how full-time parent bloggers do it! I’ll blog about it dreckly…
