Early responses from my reader survey indicate that there’s not much interest in my Sunday Snapshot posts and people want to see more mental health posts, so I’m trialing a new blog series ahead of my redesign: Self-Care Sundays.
I’ve been really crap at taking regular time for myself and I think these posts will give me a helpful reminder to take some time out in the week, whether it’s a five-minute detour through the park, a half-hour bubblicious soak, an hour to relax with a brew and a magazine or a much-needed early night. Then, come Sunday, I’ll share my self-care tip for the week.
