You know how it is – you go to the day job, sit at a desk most of the day, come home and sit at another desk and blog the night away. I’ve been using it through the evening when I’m blogging in the hope of training myself for when I’m at work (it wouldn’t be an inconvenience to wear at work as I can cover it with a jumper but I spend a lot of time to and fro at meetings). I’m not quite trained yet, although I do see a difference when I’m at home. The first time I wore it I found myself slouching forwards but my shoulders were still drawn back by the device. Subsequent uses, however, have encouraged me to stop leaning forwards and my shoulders remain back, which is great. The slight tug on my shoulders seems to be enough of a reminder to stay sat back and upright.
