In case you couldn’t tell by the design, Pick n Melt is inspired by that giddy childish feeling of popping to a sweet shop and picking out your favourites. With 350 different scents, there’s plenty to choose from, including fruit, sweets, flowers, seasonal favourites (pumpkin, gingerbread), plus some weird and random ones (monkey farts?!).

I was sent a box of candles, including Christmas spice, fresh linen, black opium (my favourite) and Thai lime & mango (which sounds like a weird combination but smells incredible).

The scents are strong enough to fill my bathroom without being sickly or over-powering. And just look at that glitter.

All of the candles are vegan friendly, hand-made from pure, natural soy wax.

Wax warmers and melts are also available. The warmer gift sets start at £8 and come with up to four scents, plus eight tealights. I love the look of these Christmas tree wax melts and scented tealights. There’s even a subscription service, in case you fancy treating yourself, as well as loved ones, this festive season. And there’s an advent calendar!

What are your favourite seasonal scents?
