The festive period can easily become overwhelming, with the pressure on to see everyone and do everything. With 17 days off work in a row (I know, I’m so excited!), I’m determined to build in plenty of me-time, which means reacquainting myself with my bath. And Miss Patisserie has a great selection of products to create that sensory experience.

Their bath crumble not only looks great, it smells amazing too. The Moon Dust is sea salt, the Unicorn Dust is vanilla and cherry, and the Rainbow Dust is sweet coconut. I gave the Moon Dust a whirl the other night while catching up on my old faithful, Hashtag Authentic.

Over the summer, I found that a walk by the sea, or a quick paddle, really helped my mental health, and it’s been hard to find an alternative in the winter months. The Moon Dust bath crumble has become my go-to, as it has that sea salt scent and I can zone out in the water. Plus the glittery bath tub always makes me smile.
