I’m hosting two whole days of creative wellbeing workshops for National Stationery Week this year – one for adults and one for children.
Here’s the line-up for my adult workshops at Morrab Library on Friday 17 May. Each session is £8/person and the ticket price includes refreshments and all equipment, unless otherwise specified.
Décopatch, 10-11am
Explore the joys of decoupage with these mini kits from Décopatch. Ticket price includes three kits (choose from vases, hanging planters, and phone holders – first come first served on the day). Attendees will be able to complete one kit during the session and take another two home, as well as work together on a group project throughout the workshop.
STAEDTLER FIMO, 11:05am-12:05
Get to grips with STAEDTLER’s air-dry clay and incredible new range of paint pens. Ticket price includes a pack of clay, three packs of paint pens (standard, metallics, pastels), modelling tools, and varnish. As the clay takes a day or two to dry, attendees will decorate pre-made coasters and trinket dishes and take away products to try at home.
Pentel brush pens, 12:35-1:35pm
Create beautiful lettering projects with Pentel’s brush sign pens. This session will include a mini intro to/brief refresher on brush lettering. Ticket prices includes 12 Pentel brush sign pens, including their six new fluoro colours. New to brush lettering? Book onto my intro session on 3 May at 1:30pm.
Manuscript modern calligraphy pen, 1:40-2:40pm
Fancy trying your hand at modern calligraphy with a dip pen? Get started with Manuscript. Ticket price includes a modern calligraphy kit featuring dip pen, three nibs, and ink. A basic knowledge of calligraphy strokes is helpful but not essential.
Zebra Mildliners and Sarasa Clip pens, 2:45-3:45pm
Simplify your journaling process with pretty pens and handy accessories. Ticket price includes a selection of Zebra Mildliners and Sarasa Clip pens, as well as some journaling essentials from my own stationery range (notepads and washi tape). Bring your own notebook. A dot grid notebook can be supplied for an additional £3. Please specify this at the time of booking.
