World Calligraphy Day is probably my second favourite campaign – after National Stationery Week, of course – and I can’t let it go by without something special.
This month’s #LettersInMyStyle challenge not only coincides with this wonderfully nerdy day, but it is also sponsored by Under the Rowan Trees. I’m so grateful for the ongoing support from Danielle and her lovely team, and it gives me the warm and fuzzies to think about how I’ve grown since they sponsored my first lettering challenge at the start of the year. So it seems fitting to be working together again.
The prompts this month are all based on our shared love of stationery and writing. I hope you enjoy lettering them.
Each day I’ll be highlighting a different product which you can buy from Under the Rowan Trees and how you can use them for different types of lettering. Challenge participants will also be in with a chance of winning a fab bundle of stationery from Under the Rowan Trees worth over £50!
The prize consists of a pack of Chameleon colour blending fineliners, a Tombow advanced lettering set, and a Chameleon dot grid journal. The giveaway is open to UK residents only but anyone can join in with the challenge – just follow the daily prompts and post, remembering to tag @ACornishGeekLetters and @UnderTheRowanTrees, using the hashtag #LettersInMyStyle. Each post is a separate entry and one entrant will be selected at random to win the prize bundle. I’ll draw the winner at 8pm on Monday 16 August to allow for some later entries.
