I panicked at the start of last week because the farm had sold out of pumpkins and I really wanted to get my annual photo. Seems half term makes everyone dash to Trevaskis Farm for a free, fun activity! Fortunately they got some more in and a fun afternoon was had by all (aside from the odd meltdown).
Trevaskis Farm is one of my favourite places in Cornwall. Jenson and I both love pottering around and saying hi to the animals. Plus we love an excuse for a cheeky pit-stop for one of their huuuge desserts.
Choosing a pumpkin is hard work. If Jenson had his way he would have had the biggest one there – but he wasn’t the one who had to carry it home!
I haven’t had a chance to carve the pumpkin with him yet as he was poorly over the weekend and I’ve been at work this week. Hopefully Luke can help him make a mess this afternoon.
This evening I’ll be trying to stay awake once Jenson goes to bed so I can partake in another Halloween tradition: watching Hocus Pocus!
