I adore anything which combines my love of stationery with any of my other passions, namely books and films, so I was super excited to hear about Abrams + Chronicle’s new Studio Ghibli range.
The collection launched earlier this week with (ridiculously freaking adorable) My Neighbour Totoro postcards* and notecards*.
The 30 postcards come in a fold-out book which is so beautifully presented that you won’t want to actually use any of them! Definitely buy two copies.
The notecards make the ‘save or use’ dilemma a bit easier for hardcore fans. The box contains ten pop-up notecards and envelopes, with two copies of each of the five designs – one to keep and one to use. Phew! And you’re definitely gonna want to keep these cuties.
The pop-up design feature is so fun and features some of the more memorable scenes from the film.
Studio Ghibli fans will be pleased to know that the My Neighbour Totoro products are just the start of this awesome new collection. With more than twenty feature films to their credit, which film do you think will be nerded up next? My money’s on the Oscar-winning Spirited Away.
