Brush pen review: Sakura Koi and Edding

Disclosure: I’ve worked with Cult Pens before but bought these myself

What I love most about Cult Pens is that you can buy so many individual brands of pens individually, in a huge range of colours, plus you get free first class delivery when you spend £15 (and a packet of sweets!). I’ve been able to try so many different brush pens, working towards building the ultimate stash.

I added a few different brands to my basket recently, including the Sakura Koi. Of course, I had to pick a blue pen to try first.

The Koi is available in a whopping 48 different colours. I’m going to add a couple more to my next order to try some blending and watercolour washes – Instagram and Pinterest are giving me all the goals!

Another brand I tried for the first time was Edding.

These come in 20 vibrant colours and are some of the cheapest brush pens I’ve come across – currently £1.50 each on Cult Pens, plus there’s an additional 20% off Edding products (added at basket). Bargain!

What brand do you think I should try next?
