Self-Care Sunday #12

During peak times at work it’s so easy to eat your lunch at your desk in order to crack on when really your productivity (and mental health) would benefit from a break away from your screen. The other day I did just that and actually took some time to walk around the campus gardens.

Twice in the last week I’ve been in a meeting room where the exterior is covered in gorgeous wisteria. Spotting an Instagram opportunity I popped back on my lunch break to get some snaps and spent some time walking around more of the gardens. It seems I’m a wee bit obsessed with wisteria and bluebells.

  1. Beautiful! It’s so true that sometimes we can fall into a trap of just checking our phones/laptops when we’re bored. But going out and looking at the real world every once and a while can be so rewarding :) Great post! xx
