Jane Austen and a cup of tea. Does it get any better than that? Pembertea* is the perfect subscription box for fans of Austen and a good old fashioned brew, with monthly helpings of nerdy goodies and loose-leaf organic tea.
Contents typically include bookmarks, candles, stationery, jewellery, stickers, magnets and more. I enjoyed the surprise of opening the September box, especially when the box itself was so beautifully presented. Sidebar: if you like the look of the journal pictured above, be sure to pop back tomorrow for another Jane Austen post!
The September box is Pride & Prejudice themed, including a silhouette/quote bag and magnetic bookmarks, plus a bracelet with bookish charms, a sticker, badge, zip-pull and some tea.
It’s clear that a lot of love goes into Pembertea. Founder Marie Whelan started the subscription as a way to make fangirling over Jane Austen as much fun as Wonder Woman. And I’d certainly say she’s fulfilled that need. Niche subscription boxes are awesome and I’m glad to see something on offer for fellow classic bookworms.
I’ve not had a chance to try the tea yet as I threw out my infuser during the last move and am still waiting on a delivery from Amazon, so look out for a mini review across my social media channels later in the week (they’re all linked up in my sidebar).
And, hey, did I mention that you can win the October box? Just complete the Gleam entries below to be in with a chance of winning.
Terms and conditions: This giveaway will close at midnight on Sunday 1 October. The winner will be drawn at random and will have a week to respond. If there is no response within a week, a new winner will be drawn. This giveaway is open internationally and the winner will receive the October Pembertea box.
*I was sent the September box for review purposes and offered the October box as a giveaway for readers. All thoughts are my own.
