Self-Care Sunday #34

There are few things in the world that tea and biscuits can’t make better, at least for a few minutes. I feel like it’s a very British thing to say but I’m sure we’ve all been in situations where something a bit shit has happened and the first instinct has been to put the kettle on. My problem is I can’t have a brew without a biscuit – and I have to eat biscuits in even numbers. I know it’s weird, it’s ok. My new faves are these Digestives Thins, so it makes it a bit more ok to have four at a time.
