  1. I can relate to a lot of these. I’ve learnt not to worry and to be kind to myself. Give myself permission to be lazy and above all happy! I am 29 and I want to do more fun things, spent so much time worrying and being anxious through my teens and 20s and I’m trying to be calmer etc now It’s important to get out there and enjoy life. I feel like I haven’t done all tge things I wanted to do at this stage in my life but then I think I need to think positive. There is no timetable for life.
