I previously reviewed this journal back in April and, as it’s one of my products of the year, I requested an extra copy to give away
Back in April, I reviewed the Forward Thinking: Wellbeing, Happiness and Fulfilment Journal, and described it as ‘the best guided journal I’ve tried so far’. Eight months later, that’s still the case, and I genuinely believe you’ll find it so useful for setting your 2020 goals.
It has six sections (health, fitness & wellbeing, job satisfaction, community, finances, personal activities. and relationships), prompting you to reflect and set goals specific to your needs. You start by finding happiness activities which fit for you, then look ahead and decide what you want to focus on. It’s important to be specific, as you don’t want to spread yourself too thin – prioritise what’s important to you.
The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire features throughout, with the chance to complete it at the start of your journey and at the mid-way point, encouraging you to reflect and re-assess after six months. There’s also a year-end reflection, which I found really useful.
