I was sent a Faux Calligraphy Kit for review purposes and an additional box to give away

When I set out to really work on my brush lettering at the start of the year, it was the Blink Lettering resources and community which really made a difference for me. I completed the Better Brush Letters series before moving on to words and it really has improved my letter formation so much – and helped me to develop my own style. Where I struggle at the moment is with faux calligraphy (i.e. chalk pens on windows), so I was super excited when Milly sent me on of her Faux Calligraphy Kits.

The kit features a full printed workbook, a Gelly Roll in both black and white, a branded Blink Lettering pencil, plus six cards and envelopes (three with templates and three without), as well as access to video resources.

In true Blink Lettering style, the workbook starts with the basic strokes, before introducing you to both lower and uppercase letters, then some greetings card-appropriate words and phrases.

It all seems so simple when you break it down a stroke at a time and I’ve improved so much already. My Christmas cards are going to be epic this year!
