Can you believe it’s already the penultimate day of National Stationery Week? Today’s theme is #StationeryShopSaturday and I’ve teamed up with one of my online faves to bring you a bullet journal review and giveaway!
Stationery & Art is home to some rather fab and specialist stationery supplies, featuring brands such as Blackwing, Castelli, Legami, Tombow and Whitelines. They also stock Rhodia products – most notably their Goalbook.
This A5 90gsm notebook is ideal for bullet journalers. With 224 numbered pages, a back pocket, two ribbon bookmarks and an elastic closure, it’s pretty ideal. Add in the built-in index, year overview calendar and future log and you’re on to a winner!
I didn’t want to set up any spreads just yet as I still have a good few weeks left in my current bujo, so I did a pen test in the back. As you can see, there’s minimal ghosting. As is to be expected, there is some with the heavier tips, such as the Calli Creative Duotip, and some of the more vibrant Stabilo Pen 68s, but this notebook will be great if I stick to my usual Sensors.
The Goalbook comes in three colours (blue, brown and grey), each with the signature Rhodia orange bookmarks, and I adore my blue cover.
To be in with a chance of winning your very own Goalbook, just complete the Gleam entries below.

Yay, thanks ❤
It looks so lovely. Would be great to win so I can start bullet journalling!
Another great competition! That book looks very helpful – would come in really handy for planning work/writing etc. Stationary & Art really have an eye for quality.
There’s so much awesome on their site 😍🤓
Oh it looks lovely. I’m a lapsed bujo-er, I want to get back into it but keep it much more simple and flexible this time, not so much pressure!
Definitely. Check out some of my other bujo posts from this year. I’ve completely stripped mine back and it works so much better for me.
I nearly clicked away at “90gsm” – my current journal is 120 – but seeing how little it actually ghosts, I’ll toss my name in the hat for a chance of reviewing it myself.
Good shout. I normally won’t go below 100gsm but this is a good ‘un
Yes, of course!
I’m very new to journaling and this looks great 🙂
I look be Rhodia notebooks, but I’ve always been put off the goalbook because of the pre-printed content. Is it just an index, overview and a future log? I think I could cope if that was all that’s already done.
Look be?! Why is my best proof reading always after I press send? 😂 Like*
Yep, just a few template pages at the front, the rest is blank 👍
That’s good to know Emma, thank you 🙂
I have never tried it, but I really would like to. I’ve been looking at other people’s bullet journals online and they’re pretty amazing. I just need to get up the confidence to try it. I’m not sure I quite know all I need to get started yet, though.
What would you like to know? I wrote a guest post on getting started which might help? And definitely check out my review of Ryder Carroll’s book too. It’s only a few quid in Sainsburys
