I mentioned last week that I’ve brought back my traditional Friday Favourites for a few weeks while there’s no #LittleLoves linky and, I have to admit, I’ve liked not having the restrictions of the read, watched, heard, made and wore themes. Especially in a week filled with stationery and books. Now that’s a good week!
As I mentioned yesterday, I’m taking part in stationery swaps all over the shop at the moment. Sainsburys is my go-to for supplies at the moment and it’s always worth having a decent browse for randomly reduced items. I picked up this awesome weekly planner for just 40p! Correction: I picked up three. Sorry not sorry. I also spotted this cute clipboard calendar in Poundland(!) which will be great for flatlays next year.
Sainsburys is such a bleddy brilliant store – you can get everything in one place! Bargain book prices mean I can afford to treat myself and Jenson at the same time. I keep hearing a lot of good things about The Power so I finally added that to my TBR pile and also picked up this Peppa Pig abc book to put back for Jenson for Christmas. We just bought him the 123, colours and shapes books because the ‘first 100 words’ book has already helped with his vocabulary so much. I think by Christmas he’ll be well on his way to learning some letters so this book should prove handy.

With all the parcels I’ve been sending out for my giveaways and swaps lately, I’ve been thinking about something I can add to further promote my blog. I ordered some sample packs from Moo as a starting point and I’ve got so many ideas I’m going to be working on. I’ll reveal more soon.
A couple of weeks ago I won a Cable and Cotton giveaway and was given the chance to pick my own colour scheme for some lights. I had a chat with Luke about it and we decided to go with something that would work well in the living room, which has a lot of green. I’m still waiting to get some hooks to arrange them on the wall nicely but look how pretty!
I’ve received lots of review copies in the post this week too and I’m looking forward to sharing them with you over the next few weeks, as well as a notebook review which looks set to be the new go-to for bullet journalers and a few productions at Penlee Park Theatre. Fun fun fun!

I saw those Sainsburys planners on your FB and I actually cannot believe how cheap they are!!! I would have picked up 3 myself too! I love Moo stickers and business cards!
I never normally find bargains like that and was so excited!
