Earlier this year, I reviewed a Legami Journal and noted how much better it would be if it had a dot grid and was a bit bigger. Well, the stationery gods must have been reading, as Legami now have a dot grid bullet journal! Not only that, but it’s stocked in eight beautiful colours and Executive Pens Direct offer an embossing service – what an awesome gift idea for bullet journalers.
Few things make me feel quite so grown up as having my initials on my journal!
Of course, we all know you shouldn’t judge a journal by its cover (*cough*), so let’s take a look inside.
I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for these dreamy inside cover pages.
Content-wise, it’s similar to its smaller predecessor, with 192 numbered pages, table of contents, index, a yearly goals spread, calendar, map, address book, passwords log, built-in weather tracker, plus a back pocket and bookmark. Where it differs is with the additional bookmark and, of course, the larger size (13x21cm, up from 12x118cm) and ever-awesome dot grid. Plus the bigger journal features 100gsm paper whereas I believe the smaller one was 90gsm.
I treated it to the ol’ back page pen test and, while there’s significant ghosting with Sharpies and brush pens, this journal would be great for traditional journaling with fineliners and pastel highlighters.

Oh I love the colours!
I would love one with an ‘easy erase’ feature as I seem to make lots of tiny mistakes and then have to start all over again!
I do love little dots for guidance.
Have you ever used erasable pens? I swear by them 🤓
I love notebooks 😀
🙌
Love a nice journal. Loved your giveaways and blogs this year Emma. Can’t wait to see what you decide to try next year.
Thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️
These are beautiful bullet journals, would make a super gift too. I think my perfect bullet journal would have different colour pages I think colourful would be great
Ooh good shout 😊
I’m not sure that perfect elusive bullet journal exists, that’s why we keep buying more to try and find it! My musts are dot grid, thick paper, sturdy cover and A5(ish) size.
Same. I also quite like numbered pages and a built in contents and future log
I love the Legami stationery items!
Me too ❤️
I want to win this beautiful bujo.
Ooh, this is gorgeous! If the perfect bullet journal exists, I have yet to find it!
I’ve come close with my top three (Dingbats, Shine Bright, and Goalbook) but I think there could be better
Beautiful 😍
Oh my word this is stunning. Loving the prompts and 100gsm is perfect.
What a beautiful journal… I feel another writing project coming on 🙂
Journaling is my thing and I write in two seperate journals. Do you use more than one journal?
I generally have two on the go – one for my blog and one for general life stuff
