I’m so excited to be working with Premier Stationery this year – and so’s Jenson! They sent me a huge box of crafty bits for us to play with for the Easter holidays – of course, now that we’re all social distancing/self-isolating for god knows how long, it’s now more important than ever to have a healthy stash of arts and crafts supplies! Take a look at what we received.

The superhero masks were Jenson’s favourite product by far.

The set comes with plenty of stickers and the masks themselves are pretty sizeable, which is handy as Jenson has always had a big noggin for his age!

There’s an additional design on the reverse to colour in too.

Jenson is now at the age where he’s learning to wash his paint brush inbetween colours (ish!). This paint set comes with a clip lid and Premier also sent a painting apron. Jenson is nearly five and, at size 4-6 years, it fits perfectly. I like that it has decent cuffs too.

The triangular felt pens are a favourite too. With a whole rainbow of colours in a handy clip-in carry case, it’s easy to keep everything together.

We’ve been spending a lot of time drawing and colouring this week (our first full week of me working from home and Jenson not at school) and I’ve loved seeing all the free colouring templates popping up on my feed. Unfortunately I don’t have access to a printer at the moment, so I paid a couple of quid to have some sent from Oops a Daisy – one for Jenson and one for my bullet journal.

I hadn’t done any colouring myself for a while and had forgotten how relaxing it can be, so we’ll certainly be having more colouring sessions.
Then Jenson wanted us to draw our own rainbows and we went a bit… alternative.

You know what you can’t beat on a sunny evening? A spot of outdoor chalk drawing. My drawing skills are seriously limited but I can’t resist a rainbow. And we also like a bit of hopscotch.

What crafty activities have you been getting up to during these strange times?
We’ll be back with more reviews soon.
