The theme of this box is fresh start and the contents really do help with just that. There are keyrings, plaques and magnets to encourage you to dream, an inspiration card, incense, an energy bar, tea, gratitude cards and a print out to help you reflect on your year so far and think about what positive steps you can take going forwards.
There are also crystals and a crystal grid to help you direct energy towards a goal – if you’re into that sort of thing. If you’re not, the rest of the contents more than justify the £24.95 subscription cost.
The printout is super handy to think about how you ensure you meet your goals by the end of the year – something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately, especially as I edge closer towards my 30th birthday. But that’s something for another post!
