Self-Care Sunday #10

Way back in August 2016 I signed up to the Blurt Foundation newsletter. They sent me a self-care starter kit which I flagged to read through at a later date – that later date ended up being earlier this week!

It’s such a great document to have to hand whenever you need it. It covers why self-care is so important, simple and cheap tips, healthy eating and a handy worksheet. It really makes you think about little changes that you can make to your lifestyle that can make you feel so much better.

The newsletter is worth signing up for in itself as you get the latest news on the Buddy Box as well as weekly motivation. Such a bleddy brilliant organisation!
