Stationery as self-care with SherbetBox [review + giveaway]

Last year I reviewed the SherbetBox* stationery subscription and became an instant fan. Illustrator and fellow stationery nerd, Claire Keay, is a genius at putting together beautiful stationery packages designed around a new theme each month. This month’s theme is self-care, something I’m a big fan of, and I loved seeing two of my biggest passions come together.

I love the manifesto and am going to pop it up on my wall. I’ve already started making more of a conscious effort to make time for me. I took myself upstairs the other evening with a cup of tea to indulge in a bit of positive colouring and even treated myself to a long bath. I’m also off for a catch up with friends over cocktails this weekend – that’s a lot for me in one week. *bumps own fist*

  1. My go to act of self care is usually reading, or watching cute animal videos on YouTube ….. anything that takes my mind away from my anxiety.
